GIF Movie Gear makes building GIF animations easy. The intuitive interface of this animator uses a filmstrip metaphor to show all the frames at once, and all aspects of the animation can be controlled using drag and drop and the toolbar.

Other features include palette reduction, inter-frame optimization, animation resizing, cropping, undo/redo, support for Photoshop PSD, JPEG, AVI, BMP, ICO, animated cursors, and GIF files, export to AVI, ICO, ANI, and GIF, and generation of HTML code for putting the animated GIF on the Web.
