DBGallery is a database application used to store data about images. This idea is certainly old and simple, and may seem rather boring, but this system extents that idea to new and interesting levels. It's addictive actually.

Searching for photos by camera (no data entry required, camera's store this), city, person's name, and other keywords makes browsing much more interesting. Photos can be assigned subjects, titles, descriptions, loads of keywords, etc. It's a whole new way to filter and find photos. With it, you will find yourself combing through, making use of, and enjoying your photo collection more than ever.

Features include:

• Photos may be added from offline CDs, DVDs, etc. (stores only small images but otherwise provides full features).
• Has QuickView Cards for showing photos and data as your mouse hovers over thumbnails.
• Supports a multi-client/server environment.

New features: Logical Views are folder-like trees built using subject and keywords lists as well as camera data such as date taken, camera model, exposure. Handy collections are also new and allow you to easily create sets of photos from weddings, vacations, shoots, events, etc. Watermarks may be added to images exported via eMailGallery and WebGallery. Logical Views improved to show results more often.
