AceCapture is designed to make all aspects of capturing screenshots easier through extensive and flexible frameworks. You can capture screenshots with Shape Plugins such as Star, Ellipse, Film and Pentagon, or download newly designed Shape Plugins with no need to update the whole program.

You can then save images in BMP, JPG, TGA, TIFF, PNG and PNM formats, or e-mail them. When you use the Batch Saving Mode, the program will auto save screenshots one by one and name them in the form you wish.

Features include 20 capture choices (8 basics + 12 Shape Plugins), tip of the day, Shape Plugin Mechanism (SPM), the ability to capture shapes without flicker, Encoding Plugin Mechanism (EPM), Mutithreading Saving Enhancement, the ability to set captured image as wallpaper and customise toolbar styles.
