Emoticons Mail makes it really easy to insert great graphical smileys in your Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express e-mail messages. It takes just one click.

The program contains a large collection of smileys and allows you to easily find and select emoticons from many categories. The smile is attached as a tiny animated GIF, so there's nothing to be downloaded from a remote server on the recipient's end.

Features include category and subcategory based storage, fully resizable application window, more than 900 smileys included, display full-size smilies, new Valentine's day emoticons, and supports Outlook Express 5.x and 6.x and Outlook 2000/2002/XP/2003.
