Scribbler 98 for Windows was one of the first specialized applications designed for creating DHTML scripts in JavaScript, which is used on Web pages.

Besides the rich possibilities of editing and the built-in preview, Scribbler offers script managing mechanisms, allowing the user to store scripts in a library, it also includes a library containing over 30 ready-to-use scripts.
