The goal of Bubble Ice Age is to put three or more ice bubbles of the same colour together. They will then be removed from the playing field. Any unconnected ice bubbles at the top of the playing field will fall down too. You must clear the whole playing field in order to win a level.

You can play at any speed you want - the game has no time limits. Don't launch your ice bubbles in vain as every bubble you launch increases the temperature level. When the thermometer column fills up, all the ice bubbles will shift down. If the ice bubbles reach the bottom limit line, the game is over.

Bubble Ice Age has four game modes and several difficulty levels that can help to adapt the game to the players skill level. People who have poor eyesight (and those who are colour blind) can fully enjoy the game by adjusting the balls model. One model consists of balls with different geometric figures inside of them, the other has balls with different zodiacs inside them. You can customise the balls in the options.
