Power Image Classifier (PIC) classifies or finds image files based upon their visual content. It uses templates, which are user-created lists of words or phrases. These templates define characteristics that may be present in an image.

Any characteristic deemed pertinent to a certain subject can be used in a template. Images are classified according to whether or not they contain characteristics defined in a template.

PIC allows you to catalog and retrieve images without having to segregate them into certain folders (either physically or logically), or exchange massive database files in order to attempt a guess at their content.
