Icon Editor is suitable for working with 16x16, 32x32 and 48x48 icons. It provides drawing tools and a variety of advanced image manipulation functions in an extremely efficient and user-friendly package.

Special capabilities include lining up several icons for edit at any one time, optionally saving to single-icon or multi-icon files, extracting both large and small icons from DLL resources or similar shell files and searching and extracting icons from all exe files in any chosen folder.

Other features include the creation of special effects, editing and saving cursors, rotating image at any angle, converting a bmp/gif/jgp/wfm/emf image to icon, adding solid or hollow text at any angle and resizing region by edge-dragging.
