FlexED HTML Editor is a Powerful, yet simple HTML (Home Page) Authoring Tool, suitable for the Beginner to the Professional HTML Author.

FlexEd lets you type all the formatting tags directly, or you can select them from menus and pop-up lists. It also allows you to change the parameters of your tags just by double clicking on them.

The program has many wizards that allow you to create and format your documents easily, insert images and tables, and create hypertext links or hot spots onto your document without having to learn the HTML language.
